I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel on the edge of town and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities provided were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it the perfect choice for a luxurious getaway.

The room and shower facilities were comfortable.Heating was good . And the facilities to make coffee etc and toast etc good

It was great to be able to use hotel towels for the hot pools. the room was very clean and tidy and the view was beautiful.

A better quality heater in the room it took a long time to get the room warm.

The hotel's staff was extremely friendly and ready to help at any time. The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, with easy access to the dining places and shopping areas.

The hotel was a bit far from my desired locations, which meant I had to walk quite a bit every day. , the noise from the street was too much at times, and I had trouble sleeping on some nights.

It was nice and close to the town centre and other activities.The room was clean and tidy and we were happy we recieved towels to use at the pools.

We were abit unhappy that the 'king' size bed were two singles pushed together as it wasent very comfortable in the middle.

It was just a place to sleep - a bit overpriced, and purely functional - would have stayed elsewhere but they were full...

I had a great stay here, the hotel had amazing facilities with easy parking and clean rooms. The location was close enough to walk to the village, which made it very convenient. The hotel staff was very friendly and allowed pets, which was a plus.

This Motel is well situated just outside the village but only a few minutes drive. It is very clean, warm, the owners extremely friendly and an ideal place to stay for a few days.

Located within easy walking distance to the town centre, this motel is convenient for exploring the local area. the rooms are equipped with everything you need including comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the friendly owners are always on hand to help with any queries you may have and the free parking is a bonus.

Some aspects of the property are showing their age and could do with a bit of attention.

The friendly and helpful staff made you feel very welcome. The unit was clean and was starting to miss home (Australia) and they had Nescafe coffee just a small thing but i finally got a coffe like home

The pool towels were great to have.

Beds were a little close together.

Excellent accommodation, clean and comfortable rooms. the view from the hotel was fantastic and the service was outstanding with the manager being incredibly helpful.

The hotel was located a bit far from the city center and transportation was a little tricky. overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to those looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Good location at entrance to Hanmer Springs and within easy walking distance of town centre and pools. It was close to the walkways which took you through some lovely bushland and if you wanted to take it further, wound its way up towards the mountains.

Our unit was probably the smallest of all the units, and didn't have a sink, so had to fill up kettle in bathroom, and could not wash our dishes. Would have been useful to have an electric frypan to cook our bacon and eggs.
